Forward farming

FAO estimates that agricultural production should increase approximately 60% by 2050 to achieve the goal of feeding the world’s growing population. New technologies reduce the amount of plant protectants, and by using them precisely Bayer intends to reduce the environmental impact by 30% before 2030. In collaboration with farmers and other partners, Bayer develops sustainable, comprehensive and measurably effective agricultural practices based on responsible and sustainable use of plant protection products, as well as partnerships with the public and private sectors.
For the purpose of launching the global campaign Forward Farming in Serbia, a series of media activities were organized for two years in order to raise public awareness about sustainable agriculture.
